Allow the first scan
A tracking number can be created before the courier records its first movement. If the link is new, please allow a short time for the first scan to appear.
Ask us after seven business days
If your parcel has not arrived within seven business days, or its tracking has stopped updating, email hello@weobserve.in with your order and tracking numbers. We will check with the delivery partner and help you with the next step.
