Shipping is free across India wherever our delivery partners service your pincode.Every dispatched order receives a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
How delivery works
Clear from checkout to doorstep.
Please enter your complete address, correct pincode and a reachable phone number. Delivery availability depends on our courier partners’ service network.
Extra charge outside the network
If your pincode is not serviceable through our standard delivery network, an additional shipping charge may apply. We will tell you the amount and available delivery option before proceeding, so the extra cost is clear.
A tracking number for every order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send its tracking number and available courier details to the contact information used for the order. Tracking may take a short time to show its first scan after dispatch.
If it has not arrived
If your order has not reached you within seven business days, or if the tracking stops updating, email us at hello@weobserve.in. Include your order number and tracking number so we can check with the delivery partner. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Help us deliver it safely
Please check your address and pincode before submitting the order. If a delivery partner cannot reach you, follow the tracking updates or contact us promptly so we can help before the parcel is returned.
