No change-of-mind returns
Once an order is placed, we do not accept a return because you changed your mind, no longer want the piece, or would prefer a different design. Please review the artwork, colour, fit and measurements before paying.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.If the fit is not right, you may request an exchange for another size of the same piece, subject to availability.
Before you order
Start with the size chart.
Every OBSERVE piece has its own measurements. Please compare the product-page size chart with a garment you already wear comfortably before placing your order.
Size exchange, when available
If you need a different size, email us promptly after delivery. The exchange is limited to another size of the same design and can be completed only if that size is available. If it is sold out, we cannot promise an exchange, refund or store credit for a fit issue.
Keep the piece unworn
To be considered for a size exchange, the garment must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with its original tags and packaging intact. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Write before sending
Email hello@weobserve.in with your order number, the size received and the size requested. Please wait for our written instructions and do not send the garment to an address shown elsewhere on the site.
Wrong or damaged item
If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged, defective or materially different from its description, contact us with the order number and clear photographs. We will review it and provide the remedy required for the issue. These cases are handled separately from a size exchange and are not treated as a change-of-mind return.
