Joining the Chapter 01 interest list does not reserve stock, create an order or take payment. Product pages currently collect design and size interest only.
Observations you send us
This part matters, so it is in plain language.
When you submit an observation through this site, you keep ownership of your original words. The OBSERVE lens may immediately create new interpretations and card treatments from the moment you shared. Your generated card is available for you to share immediately, but it is not automatically added to the public OBSERVE archive. When a moment passes the design safeguards, the engine may also create an original artwork and tee concept automatically. This concept is exploratory: it is not a product order, stock reservation, production promise or transfer of the OBSERVE brand.
Some moments should not become artwork. Sensitive, unresolved, generic, forced or potentially infringing results stop at the shareable observation card. The card is the guaranteed result; a tee concept is not guaranteed. Artwork delivery email and newsletter permission are separate choices.
If you choose archive permission, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce and publish your original or confirmed interpretation in the moderated archive and our marketing. If you separately choose design permission, you allow OBSERVE to develop and sell original creative work inspired by the moment. If that moment is selected for a limited-edition or exclusive T-shirt, the original observer will receive that T-shirt free of charge together with its observation card. This is the stated acknowledgement; no additional royalty is promised.
We only place an observation in the public archive after a human reads it. If you chose credit we will use the first name and city you supplied; otherwise it appears unattributed. You can ask us to unpublish or delete your observation at any time by emailing hello@weobserve.in, and we will, although we cannot recall garments already printed.
We will not publish anything abusive, or anything that names a private individual without a clear reason.
Our designs
All artwork, photography, copy and the OBSERVE name and marks belong to us, except where stated. The Nazar artwork was created by ArtlyYours by Arpita and is used with permission. Please do not reproduce our prints commercially. Wearing them, photographing yourself in them, and posting that is not only allowed, it is the point.
Care and print life
Prints are applied by direct-to-film transfer. Wash cold, inside out, and do not iron directly on the print. Print damage from hot washing or direct ironing is not a manufacturing fault. Full instructions are on the care and product information page.
Liability
We are responsible for the garment being as described and of reasonable quality. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which applies regardless of what this page says.
Governing law
Indian law applies. The appropriate courts in India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version live when you ordered.
